What a Fairplay account actually is

A Fairplay account is really just one thing wearing a few names: the Fairplay ID, the login, and the wallet all point to the same account. Set it up once and it carries across cricket, football, tennis and the casino tables, so there's no second registration to keep track of for a different sport.

Setting up a Fairplay account

• Message Fairplay support on WhatsApp with the mobile number you want tied to the account.
• Complete the short verification support asks for. This is what turns a request into a live ID.
• Set a password once the ID is confirmed, separate from the OTP used to sign in.
• Add money through UPI only after the ID shows as active, not before.

None of this needs a form filled out on a website. The whole account setup happens through the WhatsApp conversation, which is also where you'd go if something about the account needs fixing later.

Logging into a Fairplay account

A Fairplay account login asks for the mobile number on file plus either an OTP or the password from setup. Both the app and the website use the same account, so switching between them doesn't mean signing in twice with different details.

Use the login link support gave you at registration rather than one from a search result or a forwarded message. Fake copies of the login page do exist, and the address bar is usually where they give themselves away.

• Change the password if it's ever been typed on a device you no longer trust.

Most account problems trace back to one of these being skipped rather than to anything wrong with the platform itself. A locked account after a few failed attempts is usually a security check, not a ban, and support can clear it once they confirm it's really you.
